BY MEANS OF SMOKE COOKING SCHOOL
By Means of Smoke is a free cooking school in which participants can learn recipes and foodways from members of the diverse communities that make up the San Diego neighborhood of Linda Vista. Conceived of by San Diego artist Brian Goeltzenleuchter and coordinated by New York City chef Tessa Liebman, this socially engaged artwork will take place October 15 at Linda Vista Community Park.
5 Cocktails, 2-sided leporello artists’ book, 5.5” x 15.5”, 5 pages, risoprint, edition of 80, signed and numbered by the artists, 2023.
Lets call it grass, A poetry olfaction in 3 parts, 4-color offset print in an unnumbered edition, 1-dram vials of artist-made fragrance, 5 scent blotters.
