I'm grateful to anyone who actually experiences a work of art before summarizing their feelings on it. Meghan Daum's recent Op-Ed piece in the LA Times provided both a witty summary of her experience of my work and an unusual sort of narrative feedback for me. This was one of the few writings about my art that me a sense of what another person experiences when encountering my work.
